We are excited once again to extend an invitation to join the Montauk Chamber of Commerce exhibit booth at The New York Times Travel Show this year. We have participated in these consumer travel shows for 9 years and interest in Montauk is consistently high. This show continues to be North America’s premier travel shows attracting over 25,000 consumers and trade professionals plus 550+ domestic and international media representatives.
We are in the I LOVE NY/Discover Long Island aisle, and Montauk Chamber has the most desired corner location!
We are now accepting Exhibit Sponsors from our Accommodation, Recreational, Restaurant, Real Estate and Transportation Chamber members to feature your business and will share our exhibition registration costs. The cost of our booth at NY Times Show is $3,375 + possibly giveaway bags (including your logo) (All staffs are volunteers and travel expenses are additional to the sponsor.)
Sponsorship includes your staff sales representation (1 rep at a time; no more than 5 reps total at the booth) and distribution of your material at the show(s). You will need 1,200 brochures for this show. Should you ship your material yourself any shipping and drayage from holding dock to exhibit and travel are additional to you. If you agree to become a sponsor, drop off your material and we will bring it to the show at no additional cost.
Sponsorship Rates:
• NY Times Travel Show: $500 we will represent your business and give out your brochures.
• If you send a representative for 1 day (Trade professionals attend mostly on Friday, Consumers attend Sat or Sunday) the fee is $400 to promote your business!

Sponsors will be selected on a first come first served basis. The Deadline is December 6, 2017. Payment will be due on upon commitment. We cannot hold your spot without payment; we reserve the right to reopen the sponsorship to others if your check is not received by the date.
