There will be a Full Moon on Thursday, April 6, 2023. This Full Moon is called the Pink Moon. This name comes from a pink herb moss that would flower every year. This Full Moon will be the first full Moon of the spring 2023 season.
The Sun in Aries will oppose the Libra Moon. It’s a time of completion and is coming full circle. This cycle will help everyone complete something they started from the previous month’s New Moon. Heightened emotions, romance, relationship drama, and surprises are the focus.
The Aries-Libra will have a tug war-throughout this period. Aries is about “I and Me,” and Libra is about “other.” Aries is about controlling the situation, and Libra is about compromise. With the Libra Moon, we’re especially aware of our need for relationships and all that comes with maintaining them, compromising, negotiating, graciousness, and balancing. But on the other hand, This Full Moon pushes us to strike a balance between meeting our personal needs and attending to the needs of a significant other and between independence, freedom, dependence, or companionability. The Full Moon will focus on these conflicts. We are on a healing path and may have been rather self-focused. Now, consider gaining a better balance, looking for or receiving feedback, and acknowledging what this means for our relationships. All planets are direct now, helping us feel more accessible and less burdened.
There will be a New Moon in Sagittarius on April 20, 2023, called the New Flower Moon. Use this time for setting intentions and beginning anew. Then, it’s the right time to push the reset button. This New Moon will be exciting and fun. This New Moon is also a Hybrid Solar Eclipse. This New Moon in Sagittarius will bring more fun, enjoyment, happiness, and joy. There will be a Mercury Retrograde in Taurus from April 21-May 14. A mercury retrograde affects and causes delays in everything, especially money matters, revision of values, relationship dynamics, material possessions, weather patterns, and catastrophic world events. Our Spring-time Mercury retrograde is the sign of a stable and reliable Taurus. As a fixed sign, Taurus wants to know what will happen at all times. The Mercury retrograde loves to cause Chaos and make the world topsy-turvy! A time of the unexpected. Venus, the planet of love, values, and finances, rules Taurus. As Mercury moves backward through Taurus, we may rethink these areas of our lives. Use this time to set your intentions and your goals. Cancer (June 22 – July 22) — The first week of April may test your patience at work. Ride the waves, and you will overcome some of the obstacles. It just means you’ll have to go the extra mile. Pay special attention to what is happening around you; your company is restructuring, which could be the leverage you need. In addition, a possible promotion is on the horizon for you.
