March Birthday Celebrants
March birthday celebrants at the Senior Nutrition Center were Nilson Novoa, Frances Carroll and Eugene Beckwith. Although the calendar shows that it is spring already, it seems that someone forgot to tell mother nature. Hopefully, May will be warmer.
Congratulations to volunteer Sharon Sennefelder for accepting the Administrative Assistant Position to help hardworking, Executive Director Eileen Bock in running the busy center. Below are just a few of the activities offered:
On Mondays and Wednesdays, chair yoga instructor, Tsuyumi Kobayashi is available to help keep the seniors stay in shape. On Tuesdays, bingo is played with great prizes to take home. After lunch, dominoes, scrabble and playing cards are enjoyed by many. For those who play mahjong, players are needed to form a quorum or two. If you are 60 and older and want to be serve a delicious, well balanced meal, this is the place for you.
