Belleza — featuring Anna Tonna, mezzo soprano and Francisco Roldan, classical guitar. Works by composers from the Caribbean, South America and Central America, as well as the USA and Spain including Villa-Lobos (Brazil), Cordero (Puerto Rico), Brouwer (Cuba), Carter (USA), Ponce (Mexico), Rodrigo (Spain), and León (Colombia). Songs will be sung in Spanish.

On Midsummer’s Eve in the late 1880’s, Miss Julie, a Swedish aristocrat is drawn to her father’s valet, Jean, who is determined to rise above his station. Directed by Kate Mueth, featuring Stephanie Orta-Vázquez, Amanda Nichols and Max Samuels. Produced by Josh Gladstone. Funding for The Summertime Series of directed readings is provided by a New York State Council on the Arts Statewide Community Regrant as administered by the Huntington Arts Council.
