This year’s annual ‘Row, Bike, Run, Row’ event was, as always, both good fun and healthy competition. Over twenty teams met up on a beautiful Saturday afternoon to participate in a 5000m round of stationary rowing, a 5km run, a 10km bike course and a final 2500m rowing competition.
Each team of four consists of two guys and two gals. This year’s first place team was the unbeatable Cobra Command. Coming up in second place was Team Hops followed by Good To Go placing third. Fantastic raffles prizes were on hand resulting in many happy attendees being awarded terrific gifts.
Following all the friendly physical races came the very entertaining chugging rivalry. Spectators and participants alike enjoyed all the day had to offer – which of course included the Brewery’s latest line up of great beers!
This event is sponsored by Montauk Athletic Club (OMAC). All of the proceeds of this wonderful day go to assist this Nonprofit Organization to promote sports, athletics, family, fun and fitness on the East End of Long Island.
